2012
We opened our doors for the first time in September and placed our first person just a month later

You're Hired!
Earlv in 2013 we hired the first team member and later that year we rebranded with a new logo and website.

2014
On the move
In January 2014 we opened our first dedicated office in Bishop's Stortford, while the team grew to 9 people that year.

2015
Franchise Launch
After 3 years of incredible growth and success, we created a franchise model for the business, while exceeding £1million in turnover for the first time later that year.

2016
Spreading Our Wings
After launching a new self-employed licensee model in January 2016, we expanded into the South East and East of England and the Home Counties between April and November.

2017
Capital Gains
Our continued expansion and growth saw us launch across every area of London, as well as the South Coast in Dorset, Hampshire and West Sussex.

2019
Top Division
Our specialist sales division was launched in 2019 alongside our new website and continued development of a new in-house marketing team.

2020
Record Numbers
Almost 4,000 job seekers had registered since 2020 while Russell Jervis joined later this year to head up our estate agency activities. With the UK in lockdown, we launched
the Property Pulse Poles to help agents through change.

Adapting to a new world In 2021 we remodelled from franchise to a licensed
business creating hyper-local recruitment partnerships and became a full remote business.

2022
New CRM & Website Launch
In 2022 we migrated our databases to a leading CRM & launched our new, responsive website.

Incredible Growth
In 2023 we went from strength to strength, tripling in size from 6 to 18 associates

Further Growth aided by TRFG
With the support of TRFG, we are expanding our business to a franchise model attracting 50 franchisees across the UK.
