Josh Rayner, a recruitment veteran since 2004, is the driving force behind The Recruitment Franchise Group. With decades of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in this industry, Josh has built an extensive network of recruitment leaders across multiple sectors and geographies.

 

Josh’s entrepreneurial journey began with his first recruitment business, laying the foundation for his future ventures and the creation of The Recruitment Franchise Group. Through his vast network and industry expertise, Josh has helped his partners attract top talent, secure high-value clients, and achieve their business goals. Under his leadership, we're shaping the next generation of recruitment leaders, all set to leave a lasting impact on the industry.
